Auto Rickshaws as used the cheap taxi. They are available through out Kerala, regardless of you are in town, Village, City. The autorickshaws consist of digital fare meters which will show the exact distance and amount you have to be paid. But in general practice ask the driver, before the start of the journey about the fare. The fare is around Rs 15/KM.
